How to Book a Bus Ticket Online with BusSheba

Follow these simple steps to book your next bus journey.

Step 1: Visit BusSheba

Start by visiting BusSheba.com from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

The online booking process is designed to make it easier for travelers to find and book bus tickets without visiting a physical ticket counter.

Step 2: Enter Your Travel Details

Enter your basic journey information, including:

• From: Your departure location
• To: Your destination
• Travel date: The date you want to travel
• Passengers: Number of passengers, if required

For example, if you're traveling from Dhaka to Chittagong, select Dhaka as your departure city and Chittagong as your destination.

Then select your preferred travel date and search for available buses.

Step 3: Search Available Buses

After entering your journey details, review the available bus services.

Pay attention to:

• Departure time
• Arrival time
• Bus operator
• Bus type
• AC or Non-AC service
• Ticket price
• Available seats
• Boarding and dropping points

Choose the service that best matches your travel schedule and requirements.

Step 4: Select Your Seat

Once you select a bus, check the available seating arrangement.

Choose your preferred seat from the available options. If you're traveling with family or friends, selecting seats together can make the journey more comfortable.

Always double-check your selected seats before continuing to payment.

Step 5: Enter Passenger Information

Provide the required passenger details carefully.

Depending on the booking, you may need information such as:

• Passenger name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Other required travel information

Make sure the information is correct because it may be used for booking confirmation and travel communication.

Step 6: Review Your Booking

Before making payment, carefully review all your booking details.

Check:

Taking a few seconds to verify these details can help prevent booking mistakes.

Step 7: Complete Your Payment

Select an available payment method and complete the payment process.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection while completing your transaction. Do not refresh or close the payment page unnecessarily during the transaction.

Step 8: Receive Your Booking Confirmation

After successful payment, you should receive your booking confirmation through the available confirmation method.

Keep your booking information accessible on your phone. You may need your ticket or booking reference when boarding the bus.

Tips for a Smooth Bus Journey

A little preparation can make your trip much easier.

Book Early

If you're traveling during weekends, holidays, festivals, or other busy periods, consider booking your ticket early because popular routes and preferred seats can fill quickly.

Check the Boarding Point

Don't assume the boarding point is the same as the bus operator's main counter. Carefully check your ticket for the correct boarding location.

Arrive Early

Give yourself enough time to reach the boarding point before departure. Traffic and unexpected delays can make travel to the terminal take longer than expected.

Keep Your Booking Details Safe

Save your ticket confirmation, booking reference, or other important booking information on your phone.

Check Cancellation and Refund Policies

Before completing your purchase, review the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for your selected bus service.
